PEB Steel Alliance Factory
PEB Steel Alliance Factory located in Comilla, Bangladesh The factory covers an area of 22,000 square meters. It’s built with modern facilities and state-of-the-art machinery & equipment. The factory will offer first class main frames, columns, beams, purlins, sheeting & components.This Pre-Engineered Buildings facility can produce 2,000 MT monthly.

PEB Steel Lloyd Factory
PEB Steel Lloyd factory located in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh State, India. The factory covers an area of 91,000 square meters. It’s built with modern facilities and state-of-the-art machinery & equipment. The factory will offer first class main frames, columns, beams, purlins, sheeting & components.This Pre-Engineered Buildings facilities can produce 5,000MT monthly.
VIETNAM
PEB Steel factory in Vietnam is a very modern factory loaded with state -of- the- art machinery & equipment that produce first class products. The factory, built over an area of 43,000 m2 (located in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Vung Tau province, Vietnam) has a design capacity of more than 60,000 MT of complete pre- engineered buildings per annum. This ultra high capacity enables PEB Steel to (a) deliver its buildings in a very short period (which is very important in the construction industry ) and also to (b) benefit from “economies of large scale” which translates into very competitive prices for our customers .
The factory is made up of 2 buildings:
Building A: Main Frame Factory
This building is “I ”ldquo; shaped for maximum un-obstructed flow of materials with 8 loading /unloading bays ,and boasts 2 fully automated submerged arc welding lines from “Lincoln” USA.
Building B : Roll Forming Factory
This Building is a show piece of engineering excellence and innovation. It is 17 meters high with a slope of 4:10 and is built up using a combination of PEBs, castellated beams and open -web -joists. The Roof is profiled using LokSeam ® which is a leak- proof roof system recently introduced by PEB Steel. This building has 8 roll formers of different shapes and sizes to suit a very wide range of applications and boasts, among its many specialized machinery, an 8.5 m folder/slitter from Australia.
